Our Gold jam series consists of: walnut, fig, watermelon, mountain strawberry, eggplant, bitter orange, bergamot, eggplant with walnuts, pomegranate and green bitter orange jams. This newest group of jams are 65% fruit.

 :: GREEN WALNUT JAM

Although this may be Turkey’s most unknown jam, once you’ve tasted it you can’t give it up.This walnut jam is made of green unripened walnuts. A great deal of effort goes into the process, but the result is a walnut jam, which is high in energy and that you can eat at any time of the day


 :: FIG %65 FRUIT

Made of figs that have begun to ripen, having had the exterior layer removed in a special process to avoid the unpleasantness it can cause when eaten. By straining the syrup of the jam this can also be consumed as a fig dessert.


 :: WATERMELON %65 FRUIT

Watermelon is the fruit that lets us know summer has arrived and its jam offers us a surprisingly delicious taste. The watermelon rind is specially processed then boiled at a low temperature, resulting in a jam that will help keep your memories of summer fresh in your mind.

 :: MOUNTAIN STRAWBERRY

Gathering strawberries from the steep slopes where they grow requires a great deal of effort. These strawberries may only be the size of hazelnuts, but they have a wonderful aroma. With mountain strawberry jam a truly fresh mountain breeze awaits you.

 :: EGGPLANT %65 FRUIT

Eggplant in its many different forms is an integral part of Turkish cuisine. This time it enhances our meal with its bittersweet character. This breakfast jam can also be offered to your guests as a type of candy.


 :: BITTER ORANGE %65 FRUIT                   

This fruit can be found almost everywhere in Antalya and has become a symbol for the city. Despite its slightly bitter taste, this jam is made from the peel of the bitter orange, where the highest concentration of aroma is found. Natives of Antalya have been consuming this type of homemade jam for centuries.

 :: BERGAMOT  %65 FRUIT                 

The bergamot fruit is one of the best-known “visitors” to Antalya and its scent often attracts even tea addicts. The bergamot jam, which is made from the peel of the fruit, is one of Antalya’s most well known local homemade jams.

 :: EGGPLANT WITH WALNUT JAM %65 FRUIT                   

Specially grown eggplant that is picked when still small is filled with walnuts and spiced with cloves for a distinct flavor.  Not just a jam, this product of ours can also be served as a special desert after meals.


 :: GREEN BITTER ORANGE %65 MEYVELÝ                   

Bitter oranges are picked prior to ripening when they are the size of a large plum and still green. The jam is prepared after a long and labor-intensive process; it is filled with whole green bitter oranges and offers bitter orange lovers a strong aroma and concentrated flavor.

 :: POMEGRANATE JAM
