orange, bergamot, eggplant with walnuts, pomegranate and
green bitter orange jams. This newest group of jams are

GREEN WALNUT JAM
Although this may be Turkey’s most unknown jam,
once you’ve tasted it you can’t give it up.This
walnut jam is made of green unripened walnuts. A
great deal of effort goes into the process, but
the result is a walnut jam, which is high in
energy and that you can eat at any time of the
day

Made of figs that have begun to ripen, having
had the exterior layer removed in a special
process to avoid the unpleasantness it can cause
when eaten. By straining the syrup of the jam

Antalya and has become a symbol for the city.
Despite its slightly bitter taste, this jam is

The bergamot fruit is one of the best-known
“visitors” to Antalya and its scent often
attracts even tea addicts. The bergamot jam,

Specially grown eggplant that is picked when still small
is filled with walnuts and spiced with cloves for a

Bitter oranges are picked prior to ripening when
they are the size of a large plum and still
green. The jam is prepared after a long and
labor-intensive process; it is filled with whole
green bitter oranges and offers bitter orange
